“A truly shocking company”

We had a reasonably nice rattan furniture set delivered 2 months ago from Garden Furniture World. We were initially happy with everything, bar one of the chairs, which had been made very clearly at an angle, without any quality checking. What a hopeless company. Having found the corner sofa set I wanted on line I phoned the company to place my order. Having confirmed availability I placed an order, paid and agreed a delivery date for the following week. It seems they're not interested in getting furniture to customers. As others, I can't comment on the furniture. It was sent to "another depot". Although they contacted me to arrange a delivery for today, I heard nothing and called them at about 15:00 to confirm that it was still happening. I can't comment about the quality of the furniture as they never arrived!!! I've just spent over half an hour of my time waiting for them to cancel my order which I have placed 3 weeks ago!!! “THE WORST! No delivery & no after sale customer services ”

On the 1st of May, I bought a parasol & base, a sofa set and a cube £1,600. All the deliveries showed as next day, 48hrs and 1-2 wks for the cube. We Experienced exactly the same as you, except after 10 days of chasing, and no delivery, we cancelled the order. Incidently we are still waiting for a refund ,and have today put it in the hands of our credit card company to recover £650.

“Rubbish customer service”

Nice and easy to use their website to order but at that point everything goes downhill. I ordered a two seater wooden swing seat. You can easily get a sales person on the phone line but when you send the company an e-mail or try to phone their help desk it is another matter entirely. “Paid for item heard nothing phoned told out of stock”

i wanted to buy a teak table set and umbrella from this company, it was advertised for next day delievery, which was perfect, it has been over 2 weeks and i am still waiting for table to be sent, I received the umbrella after two days placing my order and then chairs after one week and they have said that i was garanteed that i will receive tomorrow, its been now two weeks. the thing that i find absolutley rediculos is there customer service, it will take 30 mintes for some in the after sales… Read Full Review

Yes but it was damaged:( I am waiting for them to collect it now, I sent them an email and they responded after a week to say they will be collecting on this wensday and hopefully they will refund me.
My advise is call them and go to sales and ask the operator to speak to a manager, it's much quicker then waiting for the after sales .

I experienced same, waiting for my goods, I asked for manager but was told no manager, no supervisor, rubbish, I will try the headoffice as they are part of World Stores, found the number.

After they finally answered the phone it turns out thy were out of stock and weren't getting any back in. We are now waiting for a refund of £700 and have no garden furniture!
