Advised my £550 purchase would take 1-2 weeks, emailed twice. Told the delivery would be here Monday following the three week wait so I rang to confirm that delivery and was told they couldn't now deliver that day. I had taken time off for this... I was offered an alternative that was not suitable, requested a weekend delivery due to my work commitments, only to be refused again! My order was due to arrive on 01/07/15 It didn't show up and any enquiry I made was met by dead-end websites, I contacted the appointed delivery company and they hadn't received the goods for despatch. Several dead-end emails later still no response. I found two phone numbers and neither were ever picked up. The goods still haven't arrived and no response from the seller. Before anything has even arrived it's been a ropey experience. Very little communication, no tracking available on order. No contacts or consignment number provided for the delivery company. I did not need next day delivery for my garden furniture so there was no pressure however they still failed to deliver a week later! It took 25 mins for gardenfurniture world .com to answer their customer services phone on option 2 and i initially gave up and rang option 1 sales, it took them 30secs to answer this time ! We ordered a garden table and chairs. They were delivered promptly but on unpacking, were damaged. And not just a small chip here and there. The table was split in 2 places... Close to a joint and also through a solid price of wood! One chair also had a large chunk of wood that had split away. Such a shame as otherwise we'd have been thrilled as looked to be of good quality. However we'd maybe have got over that if we'd been able to get hold of anyone to rectify the problem! We order a rattan table and chairs we selected our delivery date and then they called to change this. Then the delivery driver called on the day they had cancelled and delivered our cover we ordered. We had a reasonably nice rattan furniture set delivered 2 months ago from Garden Furniture World. We were initially happy with everything, bar one of the chairs, which had been made very clearly at an angle, without any quality checking. We Experienced exactly the same as you, except after 10 days of chasing, and no delivery, we cancelled the order. Incidently we are still waiting for a refund ,and have today put it in the hands of our credit card company to recover £650.

Nice and easy to use their website to order but at that point everything goes downhill. I ordered a two seater wooden swing seat. You can easily get a sales person on the phone line but when you send the company an e-mail or try to phone their help desk it is another matter entirely.
