Smashing goods, good price. Pleased that had option to choose delivery day but having stayed in all day goods did not arrive. Emails informing me goods coming, then email at 5pm from courier company saying they had goods and would deliver next day/following day. Phoned courier company (good instructions within emails) but he couldn't confirm when they would deliver. Ordered rattan garden furniture, parasol and cover set last Monday on next day delivery service. As it was a bank holiday I wrongly assumed delivery would be the Wednesday! Well on I'm still waiting!! They took my money quickly enough but firstly: when I required on the Thursday as to where the order was I was told the cover wasn't in stock so the whole delivery hasn't been dispatched yet!!!! Absolutely furious!! Having been told table would be delivered Monday, have now recieved an email (after sending several throughout day asking for confirmation) saying it is not in stock!! "May" be available on 30 May! So I'm left with 6 chairs and no table!! Absolutely appalling! Stay clear of this company unless you want to waste valuable time and like getting stressed out!! Shocking!

So I've been called by someone at Garden furniture World to arrange collection of the chairs and parasol on next Tuesday! Once they've received the products back they will issue a refund. Really hoping the courier collects on Tuesday, I'm not confident and think this may be an ongoing saga! So now I have to take a further day off work to await the collection! This is costing me a fortune and I've got nothing to show for it! Frustration is not the word!! Really hoping I get a full refund too £ 650 is a lot of money!!! Buyers beware!

Ordered furniture on no problem. It didn't get delivered next as it said which wasn't a problem and the delivery people did call to say they would bring it the day after. It never came on the Friday and there was a bank holiday so thought it would come the Tuesday but didn't. I called Garden Furniture World and was on the phone holding for 10 mins so recalled as if it was a new order thinking someone would answer and was holding there for 20 mins. You're not alone! I'm having similar issues. In fairness I am getting replies to emails and getting through to the couriers but I get different people each time and different variations of what's happening to my order! Would definitely never use this company again!

You definitely not alone, I ordered a garden swing which waited in all day to be delivered but did not come, then when tried to contact them cant talk to a human being which is really infuriating all through e-mails. Cut long story short, they did respond to my e-mail and shock horror it was not in stock. Ordered another one at an additional cost because more expensive. Day before delivery got a phone call it was damaged and therefore I then had to look for another one because I wanted it the following day and they had no more stock. Because it was just after half eleven she could not deliver on the Friday as planned so would have been Tuesday after the bank holiday. I wanted one for that weekend so I told her to cancel my order and refund my money. That was on the 2nd May, to date no refund so Credit Card investigation team will look into it for me. Quick to take my money not quick putting it back. I would not use this company ever again, however, they are part of World Stores I do believe and would not use them either. However, stupidly of me I went to my garden centre and because it was £110.00 more for same item I ordered it online through World Stores not Garden Furniture World and paid again on my Credit Card, however, to be fair although had problems again not in stock they have e-mailed me to say my refund will be in my account within 5 working days. Confused.dot.com (World Stores) so many fingers in one pie. I ordered another swing on Monday which came today and I am really happy with and were definitely not World Stores Group or any part of. DO NOT USE WORLD STORES ANYONE, UNLESS YOU WANT STRESS LIKE I HAVE HAD. £279.98 is a lot of money to go missing and hopefully my other payment of £289.98 as promised (not holding my breath on that one but you never know) may well go back into my account. Hopefully all of it will be refunded. I wish had read the reviews first but no I didnt. Lesson to be learnt there.

Ordered a table and chairs last Friday. "Next day delivery". A week later it is still showing as at the courier. The couriers won't answer the phone. Garden furniture world wont take after sales calls and direct you to fill in a form. Have done so three days running and not had a single response yet. Shocking, shocking company. I strongly recommend that you do nto try your luck with them, I am going to now contact my credit card company and get a refund. (read more)

I ordered a rattan garden sun lounger with delivery set for the 8th May. I waited in all day but nothing arrived. The World Stores helpline tells you that due to high volumes of after sales calls they are taking emails only, but they don't reply to those either. The Garden Furniture World after sales helpline just keeps me on hold. Mixed reviews on here. Lucky people who had a positive experience as I can't say the same. Next day delivery is not next day delivery! 4 days later it still says there is no update on the table and chairs I've ordered. I sent email to company to get an update but no response. I tried calling to be told due to the high volume of enquiries they aren't taking calls, only emails. Customer Services are only dealing with pre-sales calls and won't deal with anything else. UPDATE: Still no contact from the company despite making a complaint via email (over 24hrs have passed). I have now received the lazy susan (looks fine) but been sent the wrong coloured parasol (black not natural as box and p/work state).

UPDATE 2: So it's now 9 days later and still no furniture. I received a phone call last Friday to apologise for the delay and that it's been arranged for delivery today (Wed). Can I send them a photo to prove the parasol is incorrect (I've done this. I now have two emails confirming delivery of table and chairs for today and the parasol to be collected and new one delivered also today.
So I've taken the day off work to receive a phone call from XPD can they arrange deliver for this Friday. They no nothing about it being arranged for today! I'm furious as given them an opportunity to resolve this and been let down again.
I've written an email back requesting compensation but I'm not holding my breath to seeing that let alone the furniture.

This was then changed to Friday and again arranged for help as I am a pensioner. Got a call on Friday saying the items we not at the local depot and would therefore not arrive until the following Monday and delivery charges would be refunded, which although later they would still be there for the bank holiday weekend BBQ. Also happened to me this evening. I ordered a rattan garden cube on Monday, all paid for even have an email saying its been dispatched and the track my order says the same. At one minute to six tonight they leave a message saying its not coming tomorrow morning anymore. I am furious, i have taken a day off work and will be speaking to them tomorrow. I will make sure I spread the message far and wide not to order from this company

To be fair a guy rang me back and explained they had a problem with the supplier but it would be with me in 7 days without fail. I'd ordered a table and chairs for the garden, great that you can choose the delivery day. The chairs came as promised however the table didn't. I rang the Customer Services and the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. The delivery had got split at the depot and she arranged for the table to be delivered the following morning upgraded to a pre 10.30 delivery so I didn't have to wait in all morning.
