ordered on 22 Aug, told would be delivered on 2 Sept, it arrived 7 Sept, parts missing, told 3 - 5 working days, didn't arrive, also contacted customer services to verify part missing included other parts, customer services said definitely yes, although they are based in the Philippines, missing part arrived but not on time and it didn't contain all the pieces, final part arrived on 2 Oct but no assembly instruction manual, emailed and asked for a copy to be emailed 3 days later it arrived, customer services don't know what they are talking about, they call you back but on the wrong number, don't have a problem with the Billyoh shed but definitely wouldn't use Garden Buildings Direct and wouldn't recommend them, wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
