Great service, and recieved my goods the next day - which is great - however, as the two items I bought were very small and light (2 flexcut gouges without handles) I felt a cheaper postal option could have been offered such as first class royal mail. The cost of postage offered - APC Overnight - increased the price I had to pay by more than a quarter of the cost of the entire order. I love quick delivery but, as I was not ordering much, in terms of cost & size of package. These could have fit in a small jiffy bag for example rather than a box. If given the option I would have chosen a cheaper, even if, slightly slower service.

Just a minor gripe, but valid I think for small, light items. Will definitely shop with you again though, as you obviously take great pride in offering a great service to your customers, and I LIKE THAT! :)
