“PLEASE AVOID”

bought whiskey barrell smoking dust from them from ebay it was more pricey but I used ebay becaiuse of the PRIME delivery it arrived but I didnt recieve saw dust I recieved shavings which are of no use in cold smokers and cant be used , also everytime I have bought from elsewhere you can smell the whiskey on the sawdust , on this you cant and the shavings seem very pale and I believe them to be pine really although I have no proof of this. As of yet no one hase come back to me despite requests Since looking at reviews everywhere it seems I should have done so first as looking at everyones opinions I am not the only one.

“Cheap & Rubbish Company”

First & last time time I have used this company, bought a wood garden parasol Size 2.7. Placed it in a concrete base, umbrella was closed. The parasole blew over on inspecting the wooden shaft I noticed that the shaft had broke inside the brass ferrell. The wood was in such poor condition causing it to snap. I contacted the company who informed me that in their opinion I had not not taken reasonable care with the item. No mention that the wood used was so poor. The wind at this time was recorded as light/moderate. As the parsasole is so poorly made & in my opinion is total rubish. I have decided not to contest their findings because I would not have want to have another one & to return it is very difficult for an OAP to manage. The old saying you get what you pay for in this world is very true, I will never use this company again

“item 'disappeared' in transit”

An item did not appear on the stated delivery date so I waited a few days then contacted Amazon who got on to the case immediately. ForestFox said that the item had been dispatched but the carrier, Yodel, had lost it. They have offered a full refund without a problem but I now see the same item is still on their website at an increased price! I shall not be buying from them again!

“Bunch of sharks”

I gave them one star only because I could not give the zero. Purchased a garden clock which has been in position precisely 69 days. Hands fell off. Complaint via Amazon resulted in an email saying they do not give EXTENDED WARRANTIES, yes after 2.5 months, and because it is outside 30 day return there is nothing they can do, total joke. Avoid this company like the plague. Suggest Amazon drop them as a supplier. Still persuing.

“don't expect the truth from this lt”

I ordered 4 garden chairs priced at £99:00 plus delivery on the 5th May through Amazon my order was confirmed & delivery was to be 10th May then late afternoon May 9th I got an e-mail from Amazon cancelling my order due to lack of stock when I checked the Forestfox_trading web site they are still advertising the chairs but now at £199:00

“BASKET CASE”

I ordered 2 wall baskets from them through Amazon. I am still waiting for delivery. Yodel & forestfox are the worst companys ive ever dealt with. As supplier they are resposible for checking & sorting non delivery they pass the buck to the customer. Also the postage was 2.99 for each basket sent AS 1 item. Amazon have taken up the case. A pitiful customer service attitude.

“Don't buy from forestfox_trading on Amazon”

I bought a rake from forestfox_trading and they delivered the wrong one. They even refunded the money for the rake. But Amazon say time after time that you should return the goods and the supplier will refund the postage. I did that, and asked twice for the money, politely, before sending and afterwards, but have heard NOTHING. So I've been ripped off for almost £12 in postage by forestfox_trading. Please don't touch.
