Went to Widnes branch and spoke to the sales staff regarding type of multifuel stove and heat output. I agreed a time for a survey. That is when it all went wrong. Three promises, three times some lame excuse as to why they couldn't keep the appointment. If this is the level of customer service I'm glad I didn't buy from this company. If you have problems you would hope to receive a prompt timely service. Simple really, look after your customers!
