Excellent Service from Electric Radiators Direct from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I went for the RCWave range and am delighted with my purchase. Radiators are stylish and easy to programme and operate. Only slight hitch was that the instructions I initially received for the remote control, were in Spanish only. A call to the office and the English version in PDF format swiftly followed via email. (read more)

Chose electric radiators direct (EDR) because they were the best price I could find for the Haverland radiator I required. The radiator was delivered quickly with minimum fuss. Unfortunately when I fitted the radiator I discovered a crack in the plastic cover, despite this being 4 days after receiving the radiator I rang ERD. I have installed 2 x 1700w rc wave radiators, they were easy to install, setup was easy, and the heat given by these radiators is great. now for the negative points, my garage has good insulation, i set the radiators to 22 c, i used a thermometer in the room, and when the temperature reaches 22 c, the radiators switch off, however, they switch on and off constantly, and my meter reading is unusually high during the last 10 days, basically i was using 25 units a day without rads, now i... “ I contacted Electric Radiators Direct having found them via a google search. Their website was very easy to follow and navigate and the cost of the radiators reasonable. I phoned them, to clarify if the radiators I was looking at were right for the building and the space we had to heat. The experience from start to finish was spot on,[name removed] explained the different radiators on offer in a precice and clear manner which allowed me to make my mind up and opt for the RCWave.They were ordered on a Tuesday and were on the wall by Saturday which considering i live in SW Scotland on an island is very good plus and this really clinched the deal when i approached another company they quoted £130 delivery!!! with [name removed] the delivery was free. my father paid for these rads with paypal, under name of pritam bahra.
i gave you measurements for the 2 rooms by email, the garage is converted into a 1 bed room, with exercise room.
the tracking number i received was : IZ5253752, and was delivered by parcel force.
i still have all my emails and contacts to verify purchase.
i recieved exceptional customer service but a poor product, i have been honest in all my review.
so far in 10 days i have used extra 600 units, whereas before buying rads i was averaging 200-250 units for 10 days.
i will give an update for my 3 months bill in june, but bear in mind, that the weather might get hot.
my personal opinion about these rads, is that unlike other electric radiators, eg, rointe and onice, these radiators switch off once desired temperature has been reached. then they turn on again with 5 to 10 minute, and keep doing that.
whereas, other electric rad, instead of switching off, use a much lower consumption, for example, 1400w radiator will start consuming 500 w after desired temperature is reached, and this keeps the radiator warm enough to keep heat in the room.
the rc wave cools down and has to start from scratch.
