I have use this company 3 times now and have always received great service. They have every thing and more, that you could possibly need for erecting great quality Electric fencing. I live in Lanzarote and the post can be so slow to get here ( We joke that it still comes by camel). However I received my parcels promptly. I approached electric fencing as I desperately needed something to rid my garden of cats that had been preying on my garden birds.I am a wildlife photographer and don't need the neighbours cats catching my precious birds and photographic subjects! I placed my order late on Tuesday, and it was delivered by lunchtime on Thursday! I installed 'Cattwactch in my garden almost immediately, and have had no problem since!! I wanted a bag of insulators but my normal internet suppliers wanted a ridiculously high price for P&P so I came to electric fence online and got just what I wanted quickly, easily and for a fair delivery price. I needed a replacement energiser but couldn't find it amongst the products despite being assured The Electric Fence Online Co sold it. I spoke to a gentleman on the telephone who said there was a problem with the web page , he then proceeded to take me through the ordering procedure. I told him I was a silver surfer with limited experience and he was great and took me through the whole thing step by step and within three days I had my part as promised. (read more)

Bought an energisr online thinking I knew what i wanted but the one I selected just wasn't man enough. Spoke with the guys directly and they sorted me out a treat, taking back the one I bought and replacing with a small charge for a much more manly item from their reconditioned stock. Website could do with some improvements to make it clearer which units are best for which applications but thats probably more to do with the user than anything. worth ringing up to talk through your...
