i purchased a shower from Es-Bathrooms which i thought was a very good deal. £245 for a shower drencher... looked fab in the box and when it was first installed yet when the plumber adjusted the height on the riser bar the seal fell out of the bottom of a sealed unit moving part.

it now drips constantly and es-bathrooms are un-cooperative, i have sent pictures of the part that is leaking and esculated my claim through paypal. they are claiming it had been installed for a while, i bought it 8 weeks ago and it has been installed for 3weeks.

my advice is not to use this company, you may get a good deal but should anything go wrong you are on your own!!

i would have liked more unbiased reviews about this company, their website lets you read "customer reviews" but not add any?? curious!!
