BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
after taking delivery of oiled oak flooring i inspected it only to find it was all different colour shades ,ranging from a light pine colour to a dark almost walnut colour contacted DISCOUNT FLOORING DEPOT hoping to reorder a more suitable product only to be told the colouring is normal because its rustic
Rustic to me is oak with knots and blemishes not completely different colours
they never offered me an alternative product just emailed me to tell me it was going to cost me £150 for the pleasure of not being supplied a suitable product!!!

a lot more than the £70 min stated on the return policy

after a phone conversation i was informed its only extreme conditions they charge £70 +vat but most of the time its £84+vat and if you dig deeper into there web site under terms & conditions they charge you £50 to restock it
