Ordered 3 Precision Stanley Screwdriver sets as the Direct Brand Tools website showed them as being in stock. Two weeks later I still hadn't received the items. On 'phoning I was told that they were not actually in stock and they would not be able to get any for a further four weeks. Frustration at their inept service is compounded by the items still being shown as in stock on their website. Let's hope my refund arrives more quickly... (read more)

Poor service not given order number told would email it to me which they failed to do, also failed to respond to email requesting order no and despatch details had to phone up again to get info then they finally emailed. Told by email item being delivered that day but after waiting in all day courier said could not deliver as item not released to them by supplier on time so now have to wait in yet again. I ordered a 18V cordless grinder on Sunday for a job at the end of week off internet. This company called Thursday (4 days after purchase) and said theres a problem with order and i needed to pay a further £20 which went up to £50 as they needed to use a different supplier which was more expensive. Very unprofessional and beware. Waited a further 4 days for refund to be processed. Not happy AVOID (read more)

After 2 weeks my goods finally turned up. This was after I contacted Direct Brand tools twice. Not all my goods were available and I'm still waiting for a refund, of which I also had to follow up. By the time my lights did turn up we no longer required them, just as well as they didn't work.
