Ordered boiler on Tuesday very helpful staff was very impressed next day Wednesday wanted to upgrade my thermostat to wireless again paid the difference was promised Friday 9th after 1300 delivery ,get an email on Friday at 14.30 delivery will happen Monday the 12th ..contacted DH and they said we contacted you saying thermostat not available ,I said I need boiler for Saturday ,so after 15 minutes of going around the houses I eventually got the number of plumb centre and was told they had my complete order and will get it to me ...wish I went straight to plumb centre to buy my new boiler DH do not deserve our business .... It's a shame just a little more effort to not mislead us and deliver what they agreed ...
