Absolute sham of a company. Really appalling customer service. I paid for a custom piece of acrylic to be cut & paid extra for 1-2 business day expedited shipping. It took them 3 business days to email and admit they didn’t have the stock to cut it. They promised they would have & cut it next day & offered to refund the shipping. Next day I emailed & they fobbed me off. 2 days later it became apparent that they still did not have the stock and did not know when they’d be getting it. At this point (5 business days after placing order) they had still not refunded the shipping costs or cut my plastic. I asked to cancel my order and placed it with an alternative company, they agreed to refund immediately. Of course, they didn’t. I had to open a PayPal case to fight to get my money back, £169! It took them 18 days to finally refund my purchase amount. Absolutely shocking, they are completely untrustworthy. Take your business elsewhere.

This company was so easy to deal with. I was able to specify the exact sizes of the acrylic panels that I needed for my greenhouse. Their ordering system is very easy to use. Everything came when promised and was exactly as ordered. The panels were well packaged and free of any blemishes. I needed to change my delivery day and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely use them again.

Arrived a few days after the delivery date they gave when ordering, well packaged in wood and card although damage to the card part of the packaging so signed as such. The sheeting size was correct and fitting was easy (secondary glazing) due to this Upon opening to fit there were a few parts of the protective film sheet that were cut through but only one bad scratch on the sheet, and nowhere near the packing damage so must have been done at source. I would use them again when we move in the new year. I did all online so cannot comment on the staff

Not happy. Firstly I didn’t get the money refunded for the two samples purchased previously. Secondly, I requested a Saturday delivery date because we work Monday to Friday but the couriers tried to deliver on the Thursday and again on the Friday. I had to take time off work to receive it on the following Tuesday, we lost our slot with the fitter and when he came to fit it last Sunday he found a deep scratch from the top to bottom of one end. It is fitted now and I'm trying to live with it.

We purchased a 610 x 610 sheet of clear acrylic to replace a Workshop glass Window, which was accidentally smashed during removal of the Workshop to a new site. The panel arrived well packaged, was a perfect size and easily slotted straight into the window frame. From a safety point of view, the product is a perfect replacement for glass in this setting. The old greenhouse-style glass was extremely dangerous if smashed, as it broke into nasty sword-shaped shards, whereas the acrylic is non breakable. Also it doesn't turn yellow on exposure to the sun, as the old fashioned plastic products use to do. The panel did take longer than anticipated to arrive, but as we had taken advantage of Cut Plastic Sheeting's offer of Free Delivery, we were happy to wait a week. We would certainly use their services again.

After much searching i found this company had competitive pricing easy to use website good communication and delivery was quick , and most of all very happy with the product acrylic splashback ,,, i purchased a 3mm size thickness , but perhaps for easier cutting purchase the 5mm

Orgered and recieved items on time and in pristine condition. Not much else to say really except the packaging was impressive.

What I wanted arrived over a week late and not with the rounded corner specified in my order, which after many emails they have just fobbed me off and said the rounded corner must have 'gone' which is truly ridiculous. No refund or correct order offered. Don't bother. Plus terrible reviews on google have a look there - surprised it is high here and find it funny they sent me a link to review them after it is very obvious to them I am unhappy as have been very clear on the problems, repeatedly, to no avail.

Ordered black glossy acrylic to put on to two bedside cupboards that l had bought and didnt like. After l placed the order l had a email asking what was the acrylic going to be used for and were the measurements correct, which l thought was good customer service. I had lots of emails after that telling me where they were with my order. To say l was pleased with it when it arrived is an understatement. My cupboards now look amazing. Would recommend this company, great product. Can order a sample before placing an order.

Never dealt with this site before but would not hesitate to use again. Wanted to replace polycarbonate sheeting in garden frame so decided to buy just 2 pieces and go from there. The site is clear and easy to use. They advise to check measurements so no mistakes are made and the fit was spot on. Good quality and well pleased with product. P&P makes it worthwhile buying all you need in one go as it is the same price regardless. Would recommend.

Ordered a custom deep red sheet, paid £12 for designated delivery. Unfortunately it arrived 2 days late, which meant reorganisation with fitter. I spoke to the office team who were very apologetic and refunded the postage. I am happy with the product and would use them again.

I order some made to measure circles to put on top of barrels plus a sheet to apply some vinyl words. The service was great, the sheets came on time and were very well packed. Ordered perspex to use as splashback. Great choice of colours, simple to order, excellent value delivery when compared to other companies. Delivered in time, great communication from the company. Perspex arrived extremely well packaged with no damage! We had been warned that sometimes perspex can be damaged in transit due to the size of the piece We have now passed the details to our kitchen fitter,

This scratch resistant polycarbonate sheeting worked really well in my notice board. It is very clear and looks great and feels really strong, so should be vandal resistant. The service from cutplasticsheeting.co.uk was excellent, with delivery before Christmas and plenty of e-mail communication. The cut-to-size dimensions were within 1mm, so very accurate.

Needed to order some clear plastic sheeting to use for childproofing around the top of a staircase. I received very helpful advice about which type of material to go for to best suit the purpose, and opted for clear polycarbonate on account of its strength. I needed it quite quickly so opted for the 3-4 working day delivery - I then realised it would have to be 3 days due to a deadline, contacted the company who were extremely helpful in making sure it did arrive within that timeframe. Product itself is great, not too heavy and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend both the product and the company!

Ordered a cut to size clear Perspex shelf to put on top of my plastic wired rack in the fridge. This was to stop trying to balance yogurts and pot desserts on a rack. All done online. Easy to use web site. Good prices. Confirmation e.mail followed up by mail to let me know that order was in process of being made. Another e.mail within a week confirming dispatch. Extremely well packed and received in perfect condition. It's perfect as a fridge shelf being transparent it doesn't hide what is on the shelf underneath.Would recommend this company.
