Placed an order for a mower and after a few days got an email saying it would be delivered on a specific day. Took the day off work and nothing arrived. Called them the following day and told them I wanted to cancel. Their manager, A ngela told me that I was 'cutting my nose off to spite my face' and that 'we've got your money'...'there are horrible things things that happen'. I was gob-smacked at this threat but cancelled the order in writing anyway.
The following day the item was delivered and I felt I had to accept the item for fear of never getting my money back from them.
Aggressive, indifferent, rude and threatening to their customers- deal with this company at your peril.
