Having been a customer for a few years and spent over 3,000 when renovating a house it's sad to say the customer service is appalling , spent 150 on garden product and decided to buy the same item again the very next day , I new stock was low so phoned up to ask if I could reserve item , I offered to pay in full to reserve, the item was in a huge box so needed a large van to move it hence not easy to collect it , staff not the slightest bid interested in helping and refused to reserve the item even for just a few hours until I could organise transport , this is 2013 wake up people you don't have facility to take payment over the phone ,,? Rubbish , I will check in future if other DIY outlets
have what I want ,rather than shop here , loyalty works both ways ,, staff training in customer service skills is a must !!!!
