I dealt with Birbek Floors over the phone and they were VERY helpful... they gave me advice on the best products to use, did not try to sell me more than I needed, checked I'd received items ok, and even asked how I'd got on using the products after my purchase.
I would 100% recommend Birbek Floors to anybody, and they will without doubt be my first point of contact for any of my future floor needs!!
