I had been trying to get a replacement under guarantee for a faulty shower door for nearly 2 years - originally purchased from BBS. But I was mistakenly contacting the suppliers. in frustration, I wrote a review about the company and was contacted by Suheb. He was able to resolve the issue and within 2 weeks, a new shower was in my house waiting to be installed. I cannot thank this man enough for his help, efficiency in dealing with this issue. and professionalism. If you need help, this is the man to contact!
