Repeat customer until now. Purchased another shelving unit friday evening. Forked out for next day delivery. Advised this will be tuesday the following week as they dont work 7 days a week upon complaining. Next day means next day, doesn't it? Not according to big dug. Customer service nothing short of uninspiring and fell well short of my standards. Won't be buying again.

been buying shelving from this company for a number of years recently had a delivery and they supplied the wrong shelves ( too short ) we were asked to supply photos, which we have and all they want to do is say all the items were delivered we did receive shelves but they are far too short , poor customer services , honestly try other companies the services is rubbish

A good quality item ,easy to assemble,ridgid and Adjustable build ,with such a wide range of products,I will be using bigdug again without a doubt. The delivery was also spot on, I can't find any negatives with my order or service,many thanks ,a real pleasure doing business with you .

Organised someone to help put up shelving on Saturday. Ordered 4 bays of steel shelving by phone onTuesday and told it would arrive Thursday - 2 days later. No shelving on Thursday when I got home from work. Rang Friday first thing - bigdug said they had no trace of my order and the shelves I wanted actually had a 2 week lead time. If I had known that I would have ordered the shelves from somewhere else. Someone did ring back and apologise later - said there had been a problem with their system. But too late for me as it was Friday and nobody would deliver saturday. I eventually found some better shelves from a local supplier on Friday afternoon - Phoenix StorageLtd in Pebmarsh Suffolk. They usually do big orders for companies but took pity on me. Extremely good shelves, good price, excellent service, they even stayed late and helped me load the car. So I can go ahead tomorrow after all! Buy local. Don't bother with the big boys who let you down! Thanks
