Ordered a silentnight oberon mattress on 1st of June , next day delivery it said, as I am in Scotland I thought maybe a week at most. It arrived nearly 3 weeks later on 19th June. I was needing it desperately as husband had a bad back. When i called them 2 weeks later a very nice gentleman said they had been very busy and it was on its way, should be with me in a few days.Wrong!! it arrived over a week later. If they are so busy they should say at time of ordering.
may I say that the mattress was fantastic as was the price, husband is lots better already. I wouldnt reccomend company to anyone north of the border and I wont be dealing with them again.
