“Faulty new mattress and company ignoring fault”

We ordered a mattress (Silentnight Venus Miracoil 7 Mattress) which has turned out to be faulty. Springs squeak and ping loudly at one end as we turn. Now unable to rotate this mattress. There is now a large ridge down the middle. Very uncomfortable mattress. Fault reported straight away to this company ....within weeks of ownership. Fault reported via telephone and through a number of very clear emails. NO HELP. NO ASSISTANCE. Request for a refund or basic assistance is being ignored. Now need to go to Trading Standards to seek advice. So upset and hate going to bed.

I have experienced the same problem with squeaky spring and it makes lots of noise when turning in bed. I thought it was the bed frame at first but was wrong. I hate this mattress.
