“Very helpful staff”

A clear website and easy ordering process was supported with very helpful and informative staff. They were very apologetic and kept me informed of a re-scheduled delivery, when they identified a manufacturing fault in the goods supplied to them. They also dealt efficiently and courteously with an item I added to the order the day before delivery.
