I purchased a bath in early November, on delivery the bath was damaged. I asked for an exchange but it was out of stock. I was given one date and then a later date, the bath was still out of stock. So I cancelled the order and asked for a refund and asked and asked and asked...numerous emails later I still haven't received the refund. Several times they promise the refund has been processed..they are liars!!
I am still waiting for my money
