I have used bath empire before and it was uneventful. I ordered a number of radiators a few weeks ago with delivery confirmed. When they arrived it was an incomplete delivery and the start of my problems. Even though I had paid additional for a weekend delivery I had to argue for a refund. One radiator was confirmed for delivery a week later. It didn't turn up. I was informed that it wasn't bath empires problem but the delivery company. After a series of unhelpful people, non returned phone calls, no notes on my records the radiator just randomly arrived one day. I just happened to be home. I was promised a 10% refund, that never happened. I was promised a phone call to explain how the redelivery was never confirmed, that never happened. I would never buy from this site again. I find it especially sad when managers promise to call back and they don't. Overall a very poor performance.
