I needed to replace items in my dinner service and Barnitts' prices were good. Customer service was good.
My only complaint was that items that come up as available on the website are not in fact in stock and it would appear that you have to wait until Barnitts di a monthly order to have these shipped.

This needs to be made clearer on the website so the customer knows that there is likely to be a long wait.
