No idea how a company as big as B&Q can have such a poor website. I use my Tradepoint account many times a week and the store itself is fine, but try searching for something on the website, and Christ, what a waste of time. Either you find it, and the price has no relevance to the product at all, or the search is fruitless, or even worse they say they have many in stock,even give you a time that it was stocked checked, you go to the store only to be told, oh no, we don't have any of those, or even, oh no we stopped stocking that months ago!!!!! Sort it out, please
