“Poor Fitter”

Our SMALL installation took over 2 weeks to complete. We had to stop the installation after four days due to the botched job by the fitter. B&Q sent in another fitter who had to take out most of the kitchen and re-fit it. Several of the doors had to be returned due to blemishes. Overall the project was a nightmare and we have been offered a derisory compansation figure but as the kitchen was paid for up front there is not much we can do.
