It has just taken me 20 mins to get out of store.
only two check out tills in use. Is it me or what this always happens.
Complained to "Manager" who went on the defensive and was rude. All he had to say was 'sorry sir we will take what you have said and will do our best to improve the service', even if they don't. But oh no this "Manager" took it as an affront that someone dare complain.
To top it all got home only to find there were some bits missing from the bathroom drawer unit I bought!.............now got to go back! HELP!!!
