I ordered a part from these guys, which was indicated as being in stock, yet it took 5 days for them to even acknowledge the order. After this, another 4 days went by before the item dropped through the letterbox. There is no excuse whatsoever in this day & age for not getting the item in the post straight away (if indeed the item was actually ever in stock?). NINE days for an item to arrive is utterly woeful. Additionally, putting company flyers, and a discount voucher for wine, in the envelope with my item is unwanted and uneccessary, and has hardly endeared me to use this company again. Long waiting times are a common complaint in many reviews on here, and BHL need to pull their finger out on this issue. Thankfully, I was in no hurry for my item, but I'd be in no hurry to use BHL again, either.
