I am having the same problem as many others. Order is pending so I have cancelled but trying to get a refund. No luck so far. Does anyone know if the address on their web site is genuine? Often these crooked companies have fake addresses. Also I can't find a phone number for them. Does anyone have a phone number for them.
Nobody should use this company...beware.

I called someone in a nearby Unit who confirmed that people were attending the Aerial Shack premises.
Here is a copy of some advice that may be useful, to you and others:
If a trader has failed to provide you with the goods which you have ordered, then you may hold them in ‘breach of contract’. What you may seek is dependent on the severity of the breach -
- if the breach is serious, you may seek to end the contract and claim a full refund;
- if the breach is minor, it may be more appropriate to claim a partial refund that reflects the nature of the problem.
As an alternative, you may consider giving a trader a chance to put right any breach, for instance by looking to ‘make time of the essence’. In order to do this, give the trader a definitive timescale to deliver the goods. Make it very clear what the last accepted date of delivery would be, and that if the trader fails to comply with this request you will expect the trader to cancel the order and process an appropriate refund for any amounts already paid, otherwise you will pursue the matter further through the appropriate channels.
At this stage discuss the matter further with the trader, referring to the information above, as it is always advisable to try to negotiate an outcome that is acceptable to yourself and the trader before taking any further steps. If this does not resolve the matter, you could take a more formal approach and write to the trader. The letter should outline any relevant events regarding this issue and make it clear what you expect from the trader and why. It should also give the trader a reasonable time to resolve the matter.
We would also suggest that any letter is sent by recorded delivery and that you keep a copy – this may help you prove that you have contacted the trader and tried to resolve the matter amicably, and also you can use the ‘Recorded Signed For’ label the post office will supply you with to confirm that the trader has received the letter.
Hope this is helpful. By the way I have reported them to their area trading Standards and suggest everyone else does too - for the sake of everyone else who might get similarly involved.
