“waste of time”

place a order goods to be sent waited one week no joy
sent email replied on a Saturday goods to be sent Monday
following Monday no joy
finally managed to contact via phone normally no answer
don't try ringing 20 minutes before 5.0 clock they have gone home
ordered items not in stock another two/three week wait
you would think if goods not in stock a email would have been sent!!!!
i could go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on
but for those of you who will read this you would think it was TERRIBLE
