I ordered a petrol cutter manufactured by Husqvarna as it was the cheapest I could find on line. Spoke to staff before about spec and found them to be knowlegable, helpfull and friendly. Slight problem with the courier which was very ably dealt with and the problem was solved fast. I,m very pleased with the product and would definitely trade with absolute power tools again. Over the past few years these guys have repaired my garden machinery to full working order. You name it they've probably done it...lawmowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers etc. They're also cheap for spares and the shop has everything you could possible want - if not they'll order it in. In short, nothing is too much trouble and they're great people to deal with. (read more)

Fantastic service and communication. I wasnt sure until i spoke with Absolute power tools about which make of power tools to replace my tools with but they were a great help and gave me advice which you dont get with tradecounters very often. Its so refreshing to find a company who knows what they are talking about and are prepared to really go that extra mile to help. Absolute stock many products in their shop and there were a couple of items that werent available and they were more than willing to get them in especially for me.
