Absolute Power Tools really is a company which, in my experience, is proven and trusted! The staff always go that extra mile to give friendly advice, help and their quality goods are at very competitive prices. They are approachable and likeable people who are to be trusted; nothing is too much trouble. They carry a very comprehensive range of stock but, if they don't happen to have an item in store, they can get it for you, usually within a day - and even deliver it locally!

Their servicing and repair department is awesome. Managed by knowledgeable and experienced staff, the turn-round time is amazingly short and repairs are thorough and of good quality - never bodged. If something really is beyond repair, they are honest enough to tell you, rather than do a second-rate job and charge you for something which won't or can't last.

I've bought a number of items from them and had repairs done - all without complaint; I just wish I had known about Absolute Power Tools before. I've recommended them to all my friends!
