Ordered some Orla Keely cake tins on Thursday and they arrived on Friday! Fab!

Worst service I have ever received. Do not buy from them Their customer service person lied to me - told me things were sent to me that weren't. Are refusing to refund me and have sold me an item that does not work Please please don't buy from them.

I ordered a Turtle mat which has not been delivered due to being out of stock but they have taken my money. No response to emails and my facebook posts keep being deleted. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Ordered product on 1 to 3 day delivery on Thursday pm, received Friday 9 am Turtle Mat large size Excellent.

I'm still waiting for my order to arrive 11 days after placing my order. Despite 3 phone calls and 2 promised delivery dates it still hasn't arrived. Very disappointing and no effort made to rectify this issue! I have had to do all the chasing!! I only hope when my Orla Keily order arrives it will be worth the wait!

Really pleased with the orla kiely melamine beakers and bowls. Couldn't find them cheaper anywhere else. Ordered on Thursday & received on Saturday. I surfed the net looking for Orla Kiely accessories and was pleased to find what I wanted on the Kitchen Shop website much cheaper than everywhere else.
