“DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!”

I have NEVER written a review online my life, that's how bad this company is!! Ordered a corner sofa using i groupon deal. Was e-mailed to say delivery would be arranged with my via phone call in ten days. No call. Then received an e-mail saying it would arranged by telephone within ten days, 2 weeks later, no call. When i spoke to them they told me my sofa had been 'separated' and one half was in enfield, the other in worcester and delivery would be arranged soon but it wasn't their fault... (read more)

“The Most DISGRACEFUL Company Ever!”

If you are looking for a sofa or a 3 piece suite, NEVER EVER even consider World of Sofa Beds in Bournemouth! We ordered a 2 and a 3 seater sofa from them. They sent 2 x 2 seaters! Bad enough mistake!! They told us to use one and they would collect the other, sending the 3 seater out to us asap. Weeks went by and we still had no replacement. After numerous phonecalls all at premium rate, not to mention the times nobody actually answered the phone, they owned up to the fact that they did not... (read more)

“DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!”

NEVER EVER EVER buy a sofa bed on one of these deals where the 'supplier' is World of sofabeds - IT IS A MAJOR CON!! It has now been two months and I have been repeatedly lied to by this company. I have been told that either my delivery has been dispatched or that they will be getting my sofa in on 'Friday'. I am now fighting to get back my £250 plus that I paid, which doesn't include the cost of numerous premium rate telephone calls & time taken off from work for non-existent... (read more)

I wish I could have, they should be shut down. The worst thing is, Groupon are still doing deals with them despite my numerous complaints.
