I'm afraid we have encountered big problems with WhiteStores. A £900 set of furniture we ordered was shown as a guaranteed 5 day delivery. We paid for it and got an e-mail invoice stating it would be with us in 5 working days. The 5 working days passed and nothing. No e-mail or any correspondence. We rang them after 8 days and were told that they were having delivery problems but that it would be with us in another 2 days. These past and once again no contact was made by them. Once again we contacted them, this time to cancel the order. Over a week down the line and still no refund. Their excuse!? ...there were no people in accounts during the week they would have carried out the refund...SHOCKING!!! We always give good feedback where it is deserved BUT, as any company has to expect, if you treat your customers badly then the negative feedback will follow.
