Purchased a sideboard, cost nearly £600. Waited over 3 weeks for delivery from Spain.
On arrival the product was poorly taken out of van. Driver told us he was not paid to wait for us to check, even though box had holes in.
Upon opening the solid wood sideboard was broken totally. This could have absolutely been prevented with a decent delivery!
On the upside Wayfair were decent on the phone and agreed refund instantly. But, will not order again, due to the delivery time length and quality of delivery.
