Wouldnt use them again!

Ordered a canvas for my husband for fathers day last Sunday. With the 3 day free delivery option I expected delivery on Thursday but it never arrived. I emailed and never got a response. On Friday it still hadn't arrived so I sent another email and tried to call customer service. No answer on the phone or any response to either email. The canvas arrived
This morning 9 days after ordering and too late for fathers day. The canvas isn't very good quality compared to ones I have ordered in the past from other companies. I guess you get what you pay for.. next time I will spend more and expect a better product and service. I gave Viva print 2 stars, only because the canvas did arrive (eventually) and it was well packaged. I certainly wont be using them again though and would advise anyone else against it too. Do your research and use someone else, don't be lured like I was by the cheap price tag. You'll end up with a substandard product like I did and be left disappointed! :-(
