Pleasantly surprised by new approach

A couple of years ago we bought pleated blinds of Thomas Sanderson. We loved the product but felt cheated and degraded by the way the salesman tried to get the highest price. He started with a ridiculous quote and then deducted the 'free' garden furniture etc still ending up with a price that we all these years later felt was too high. Then he pressured us into deciding there and then.
However, as we were happy with the product we decided to try Thomas Sanderson again for similar blinds in the cottage over the road. And we are so happy that we did because the lady from Liverpool had a completely different approach. She helped us choose the best colour, advised us abut the different finishes of the blinds like being able to open the blinds both from the top of the window as from the bottom which turns out to be a very flexible solution. She did her utmost to get them for us for a reasonable price, a couple of times contacting the head office to check some possibilities. She is genuinely enthusiastic about the product and her aim is clearly to create satisfied customers which she has done in a great way.
The fitting was done earlier than expected who also gave us a favourable impression of Thomas Sanderson's product and it's staff.
