I was impressed by the product knowledge explained by the salesperson and the care and attention given to my specifications. There was no hard sell, in fact every option was explored as to suitability, dimensions and quality irrespective of how long it took to explain. I felt confident in that I was ordering a superb product backed by a comprehensive guarantee. Needless to say, I have not been disappointed.
