I was extremely impressed by the representative's professional manner and the detailed and informative explanation given about the products. By the end of the consultation I was able to make an informed decision as to which product would best suit my property. This was also enhanced by the fact that samples of the product were available to try against the windows and that the quality speaks for itself. At no time did I feel pressurized or receive the 'hard sell.' All aspects of fitting and payment options were discussed in detail.
In fact I have to say that the entire consultation was an absolute pleasure.
