I ordered 2 beds, 2 bedsides and a mattress from Sleep Station. The advisor was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, he made me feel at ease and able to ask any question without feeling silly. The price I paid was better than I could have imagined, as for the delivery it was excellent. I searched long and hard online for the best deals on a SuperKing size Joseph bed and mattress. The range of prices and availabilities was surprisingly wide but when I contacted The Sleep Station to see if they would, as advertised, match a slightly lower price on the bed, they not only did but offered a discount on the combination! Ordering was straightforward and we were kept in touch by friendly emails, so all in all the service was excellent. We ordered a fantastic SWEET DREAMS MARBLE 2000 POCKET SPRUNG MATTRESS off the Sleep Station and the mattress believe it or not had to be hand made as it has over 2000 springs. Both myself and my husband are disabled and we needed a mattress that was not soft and this one does not disappoint at all. The quality is second to none that I have experienced. The order was delayed due to snow (no fault of Sleep Station) and delivery company XPD was not very informative over delays. Certainly a quality product. Not at all flimsy like many flat pack items from a famous store that shall be nameless. Delivered on time and a fair price. Delivery up the stairs was a plus point. My only issue is that while an average punter could probably put it together in a day somebody like me who is a bit below average struggled for three days! After doing a lot of research on different brands, settled for Healthbeds brand. Purchased PARIS2300 and PARIS1800 which are both pocket sprung with latex topping. These mattresses are both excellent and extremely comfortable. The other advantage with the Healthbeds base is that they have a firm edge compared to some brands where the springs are also on the edge giving a 'roll off' feeling at the edges. I must express what a fantastic after service care the sleep station have.We purchased a bed and mattress from them which arrived 2 days after placing the order, My daughter has been sleeping on the mattress for 6 months when she complained about a sinking problem with it, I contacted the sleep station and spoked to (name removed) , who replaced the mattress straight away and also said that ifor any reason my daughter was not happy with it he would send out another make asap. What a service , I wish a lot of other companys would do the same thing. Mrs Janet Kendrick Bedfordshire.
