AVOID, BAD, BAD, BAD. I received my Mum E Pillow and thought it strange that it arrived in no packaging just the delivery bag. To my horror the pillow had human body hair and large stains on it, it had been used and I was mortified. I had to put gloves on to put back into the delivery bag because it was that dirty. The next battle was trying to get hold of someone in the company. Nobody responded and there was no contact number. I managed to get hold of the supplier and spoke to a very rude woman who yelled at me and couldn't understand the problem. She told me to throw it in the bin and would send another, she did not want me to inform TensMed of the problem. Anyway I refused her offer and continued with a PayPal dispute threatening legal action. Eventually I received a refund.
