DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered from them months ago but never received the item. I emailed several times and still no reply. I was going to telephone but there wasn't a number on their contact page. Their contact details are:
[email protected] VAT NO: 109678092

I typed these details into goggle and the following websites have the same contact details:
maternitypillow.co.uk
pregnancytens.co.uk
tensunit.co.uk
tensmed.co.uk/
tensmachines.co.uk

Others have had problems with this company:

I also ordered sth from them 1 1/2 months ago which I haven´t received. I wrote 6 complain mails and got no reply.
I got one automated email though asking how I like the product!!!
Don´t know what to do, as they don´t have a telephone number. Probably for a reason.

I also ordered from this website. Its been over a month. How is this allowed to happen surely someone can shut them down. Did anyone manage to get their money back?
