After 18 months fabric was rippling on one seat of sofa. First technician said the cause was due to my husbands bodily fluids, as male sweat is different to that of females. I complained about this excuse and was Subsequently told the fabric is not covered on warranty but As a goodwill gesture they would fit a new cover. Four months after being told they would be in contact the replacement came but was a different colour. Six weeks later, Technician from Homeserve came but had the repair down as headboard,,,, A week later another technician came, agreed the replacement cover was wrong colour and said in his opinion the fault was due to the backing coming away from the fabric. The lady at Sofology was adamant his report said it was down to usage and age of furniture. It is only 2 years and 4 months old now!! Plus the rippling is spreading..
If the problem is due to wear how come the same fault was not visible on the furniture in the showroom... Will not buy from Sofology ever again

Which sofa was this we have an ongoing problem with ours the cricket range And the cushions are disintegrating
