Recently purchased a sofa which costs £4100. Had it less than 2 months and bottom cushions gone completely flat. Technician had been now just over 2 weeks ago and still no response. Spoke with the manager of the Cardiff branch which has promised me she will get back to me at the end of the day. That was 4 days ago now. Phoned her and she says the same thing everyday. Be aware when buying as Their a nightmare to come a rectify a problem. My next protocol is to stand outside the Cardiff branch and try to persuade costumers away and not to waste their money.
