Sofa arrived, in a few days unhappy with the build quality. Terrible wrinkling of the back of the sofa. Engineer was booked and was told they would sort it. Engineer came 3 weeks later and was expecting to replace broken button. Told me nothing he could do, and it just happens.
Sofology promised to ring, and didn't. Finally they did. I explained I was unhappy with the sofa. She tried to terminate the call by saying she was glad we had resolved the matter - Not resolved one bit. Asked for next stage of complains process; was told there isn't one. Found details for furniture ombudsmen on the website - so there is a next step. I have requested partial refund or replacement. Disappointed with the quality, should have stuck to the standard stores
