We ordered a rug in January and expected to pick it up on 17th March, it's now April and still no rug! Having had numerous conversations on the phone, we were told each time it will arrive in the next week. No one seems to know where this mysterious rug has gone and it's only meant to be coming up from the south!
We were promised a call on Friday with a definitive delivery date and received no call. We will not be shopping with Sofology again.
