We purchased one leather insignia recliner sofa with Sofology . When it was delivered we noticed there were some scuff marks (sides as well as the back). We mentioned it to the delivery people who told us to contact customer care which we did immediately (6th August). The customer service team told us that we would be contacted within 3 days to get this sorted and get an appointment booked but no one called me back or replied to emails sent. 15th August I contacted the team again. I was told that someone would get back to me as all advisers are busy. No one did. In the night some person messaged me at 10 PM (I assume he was with these guys, but he didn’t mention sofology) saying if he could come in 25th August. 25th didn’t work for me so I messaged him back to come some other day and let me know when he can come. I sent that person a couple of messages but nothing heard back yet.
Today (18th August) I called their customer service again and yet again I am told that someone will contact me, all advisers are busy and I shall get a date (with the usual apologies)
I had posted a review 15th August at another review website where sofology's social media team asked me to mail the details. And the best part is that even after sending all details, no one cares to respond
