Had our recliner for nearly a year. and been complaining about it for most of that time.We have sent emails, been into the shop and even spoken to someone on the phone all to no avail. have sent The lady I spoke to on the phone refused to accept that the chair was faulty I sent them an email over a week ago and apart from a automated reply, I have not been contacted,
