Purchased online & phone a Serena sofa and arm chair in Feb 2016,
They forgot to send aftercare products
Both items have loose threads, zips coming apart,
Numerous emails via their online contact us,
Numerous phone calls (most lasting ages and being cut off)
Numerous emails from them, asking for photos and descriptions
All replied to promptly
Then hear nothing
Last contact on phone, tgey said I hadn't replied, yet had my photos on file!!!
Still waiting on response (pre paid envelope for swatch sample) so they can match fabric!
It's now mid May!!
Finance company and small claims next, they can have them back!
