Congratulations Sofology

Your took our chair for a repair which you said would take one week before Christmas, and you still have it and it is now Easter.

Although the chair is under warranty we have to pay £100 pounds to have the chair repaired – which has still not happened.

3 Questions.

Why do we have to pay £100 pounds?

When will we get our chair back?

Would you buy a sofa from a company who provides this sort
